Ms. Kehr retired in 2006 as a Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Research Company, a division of The Capital Group Companies, one of the world’s largest investment management organizations and manager of the American Funds. In this role, Ms. Kehr was responsible for investment analysis and a portfolio manager of global energy equities. Prior to that, Ms. Kehr was an investment analyst and portfolio manager with responsibility for global energy high yield debt. Prior to her tenure with The Capital Group Companies, she held various managerial positions at Atlantic Richfield Company and Payden and Rygel. In 2002, the Reuters Survey ranked Ms. Kehr among the top 10 individual U.S. fund managers. Ms. Kehr was a director of California Resources Corporation from February 2015 through May 2017.

Mr. Gass began his career in 1974 in Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico business unit in New Orleans, and over the next 38 years held positions of increasing responsibility, including heading the company’s exploration and production operations in southern Africa and in Australia and Papua New Guinea. Mr. Gass served as a director of Sasol Chevron Holdings Ltd and GS Caltex. Mr. Gass also served as a director of Weatherford International, Ltd. from 2013 through 2019 and a director of Suncor Energy Inc. from 2014 through 2022.

Mr. Johnson has 40 years of onshore exploration and production experience. He founded Carrizo Oil & Gas in 1993 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until its merger with Callon Petroleum in December 2019. Mr. Johnson served as a director for Callon Petroleum from 2019 to 2022. He previously served as a director on the board of Basic Energy Services and of Pinnacle Gas Resources. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a Registered Petroleum Engineer.

Mr. Kerley retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southwestern Energy in October 2012. Mr. Kerley began his career at Southwestern Energy in 1990 as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, eventually serving as Treasurer and Secretary before being named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kerley held senior financial and accounting positions at Agate Petroleum Inc. and was a manager for Arthur Andersen LLP specializing in the energy sector. In 2010, Institutional Investor ranked Mr. Kerley as one of the top performing CFO’s in the exploration and production sector.

Mr. Konar served as Chief Executive Officer of Pilot Company (Pilot), one of the leading suppliers of fuel (~ 1 million barrels a day) to retail and wholesale customers and the largest operator of travel centers in North America, from 2021 through May 2023. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer of Pilot from 2017 through 2020. During Mr. Konar’s tenure at Pilot, he was instrumental in growing Pilot’s energy business through the execution of several strategic acquisitions and building internal capabilities for procuring, transporting and supplying fuel. Prior to joining Pilot, Mr. Konar served as Chief Investment Officer, Global Head of Business Development, of Castleton Commodities International (CCI) from 2015 to 2017. From 2012 to 2015, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and member of the Management Committee of Mercuria Energy Group (Mercuria). During Mr. Konar’s tenure at both CCI and Mercuria, he oversaw mergers, acquisitions and operations of physical assets, including oil and gas production, ports, power plants and mines, across each firm’s commodities merchant platforms globally. Prior to that, Mr. Konar served as Managing Director and Co-Head Global Commodities and Principal Investing of Goldman Sachs Group (Goldman) from 2009 to 2012, where he focused on growing Goldman’s physical natural gas and crude oil businesses. From 2003 to 2009, he worked at Constellation Energy Group and held several positions of increasing responsibility, including as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development and served on the Executive Management Committee of the company. Mr. Konar began his career in consulting, serving energy companies and working on various energy policy issues in 1995, having worked at PA Consulting and subsequently Accenture.
Mr. Konar earned a Ph.D. in economics and finance from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and mathematics from St. Stephen’s College in India. Mr. Konar sits on the advisory board of the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee and is a member of the board of directors of The Conservation Fund, a non-profit organization and the Knoxville Zoo. From 2017 to 2022, he served as a director of One Map Minerals, a privately held company focusing on the ownership of oil and gas mineral interests.

Mr. Marshall retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Transocean Ltd., a role in which he served in 2007 and 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Marshall served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GlobalSantaFe Corporation from 2003 to 2007, when it merged with Transocean. Mr. Marshall also served on the boards of directors of those companies. Mr. Marshall also served as a director of Noble Corporation plc from 2009 to 2021 and served as a director of Cobalt International Energy, Inc. from 2010 to 2018. Mr. Marshall is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chahta Foundation, a nonprofit promoting education, cultural identity, and health for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining Cabot, since October 2005, Mr. Prevost served as President, Performance Chemicals, of BASF AG, an international chemical company. Prior to that, he was responsible for BASF Corporation’s Chemicals and Plastics business in North America. Before joining BASF in 2003, he held senior management positions at BP and Amoco. Since 2019, Mr. Prevost is a member of the board of directors of Materion Corporation and is a member of their Compensation & Human Capital Committee and their Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee. Ms. Taylor retired in June 2018 from Deloitte, which she joined in 1987. She held numerous top executive positions with that firm, including Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of the Houston office, U.S. Chief Strategy Officer, and Global Leader for e-business. She also was a member of the U.S. Board of Directors, where she served on the U.S. and Global Nominating Committees, the CEO Evaluation Committee, and chaired the Strategic Investment Committee. She also served on the board of Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Ms. Taylor received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of Utah. She also attended Princeton University for doctorate studies in civil engineering, where she focused on transportation and mobility. Ms. Taylor currently serves as a director of Group 1 Automotive, Inc. and Chord Energy Corporation, both publicly traded companies, and as immediate past chairman of the board of Central Houston, Inc., a nonprofit organization. Ms. Taylor previously served as a director of Whiting Petroleum from 2020 to 2022. She previously served as an executive board member of the Greater Houston Partnership and United Way of Greater Houston.

Mr. Walsh retired in 2013 as a Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc., the world’s largest investment management company. From 2005 -2013, Mr. Walsh served as lead Portfolio Manager for the firm’s All-Cap Energy strategies including hedge funds, long only and closed end funds. His responsibilities encompassed the entire global energy sector covering Exploration & Production, Major Integrated Oils, Master Limited Partnerships, Oil Service and Alternative Energy companies. Prior to that, Mr. Walsh was a Managing Director at State Street Research & Management Company, one of the nation’s oldest mutual fund firms. In this role, he served as the firm’s primary Research Analyst responsible for global energy sector investment and analysis. In addition, he founded and served as a lead Portfolio Manager for State Street’s Analyst Fund. Mr. Walsh was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine as “The Best Of The Buyside” Energy Analyst 7 times.

Since 2013, Mr. Walsh has been an adjunct faculty member at Providence College where he teaches investment management.

Bill Way is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Energy Company. In 2011 he joined the company as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all of the company’s E&P and midstream businesses. From 2014 to 2016 he served as President and Chief Operating Officer before being named to his current role in 2016. Before joining Southwestern Energy, he was Senior Vice President, Americas at BG Group plc, with responsibility for E&P, Midstream and LNG operations in the U.S., Trinidad and Tobago, Chile, Bolivia, Canada and Argentina as well as BG’s global shipping business. He began his career at Conoco and over the course of his more than twenty-seven year tenure, he held a wide range of senior leadership positions in E&P, LNG, Midstream and Shipping operations in the U.S., Scotland, United Arab Emirates, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and serves as a Director for several secondary educational organizations. Bill is a member of the Texas A&M Engineering Advisory Council.

Clay Carrell is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing Southwestern Energy’s operational and technical activities.

Clay joined SWN in 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EP Energy. He joined El Paso Corporation in 2007, where he held various leadership roles and helped establish EP Energy as an independent company before being named Chief Operating Officer. Clay has worked in the energy industry for the past 30 years serving in various U.S. and international engineering and management roles at ARCO Oil and Gas Company, Burlington Resources and Peoples Energy Production.

Carrell holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He served on the Industry Board of the Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering Department, is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Hearing and Speech in Houston.

Carl Giesler Jr. is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southwestern Energy.

Mr. Giesler joined the company in 2021 after more than 25 years of experience serving in various oil and gas finance, investing, and public company executive officer roles, including most recently at SandRidge Energy, Inc. Mr. Giesler received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Price joined the company in 2023 after over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, including most recently as Vice-President of Marketing and Trading for EP Energy. During his career, Mr. Price has implemented and managed financial hedging programs generating billions in settlement gains, managed an international energy commodity trading and marketing portfolio, established a wholesale power trading and marketing business, and he built a long-standing culture of collaboration and achievement that led to exceptional results for his former employers. Mr. Price received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California and a master’s degree in British Literature from the University of Oregon.

Chris Lacy is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Southwestern Energy. He joined the company in 2014 as chief litigation counsel and has held various roles of progressively increasing responsibility. Before joining Southwestern Energy, Chris was with Dewey & LeBouef, LLP and Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing P.C. and has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in the energy industry.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Texas and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center where he graduated summa cum laude and served as a Notes and Comments editor for the Houston Law Review. He currently serves on the board of Redeemed Ministries.

Carina Gillenwater is the Vice President of Human Resources of Southwestern Energy. Prior to joining SWN in 2018, she served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Nabors Industries and Vice President of Human Resources at Smith International / Schlumberger Ltd. Her career also includes a variety of human resources experience, including in areas of compensation, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.

Carina earned her bachelor’s degree in Teaching and Business from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos in Brazil. Carina is fluent in Portuguese (native), English and Spanish.
