Southwestern Energy requires each prospective supplier to complete an online pre-qualification form to be evaluated by Supply Chain Services and Health, Safety, and Environmental representatives. Here's how the pre-qualification process works:
The first step is to
submit a request
for consideration to Southwestern Energy. You will be asked for a brief overview of your company. This information will be reviewed by Southwestern Energy's Supply Chain Services team. Once the review is complete, you will receive a login id and password, via email, that will allow you to complete the online pre-qualification packet. If you already have a login id and password, you do not need to submit a request for consideration.
The second step is to begin completing the pre-qualification packet. To do this, you must
login
to this site with your login id and password credentials sent to you via email. Upon completion and submittal of the online form, the questionnaire will be reviewed and scored. You will be notified if the submitted questionnaire has been approved and your company pre-qualified as a potential contractor; or if your submitted questionnaire has been denied. In the case of the questionnaire being denied, constructive feedback will be given so that you have an opportunity to address concerns. Pre-qualification does not authorize release of a contract, nor authorize your company to provide services to Southwestern Energy Company or its subsidiaries. Contracts may only be released via a written request to the Contracts Department by an authorized SWN Manager.
