New Hire Rotation Program
Southwestern Energy Company provides a one-of-a-kind program for Engineering, Land, Geoscience, Accounting, Finance & Treasury, Health, Safety & Environmental, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Information Technology professionals who are new to the oil and gas industry. The program includes training and experience in each discipline through a rotating orientation phase that enables the new professional to understand the necessary integration of functions within the industry. This program ensures the new professional begins their career the proper way and offers the best chance for success, both for them and Southwestern Energy.
