Harold M. Korell
Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Korell is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Energy Company. Mr. Korell was elected as Chairman of the Board in May 2002 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 1999. He was appointed President in October 1998. Mr. Korell joined the Company in 1997 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
From 1992 to 1997, he was employed by American Exploration Company where he was most recently Senior Vice President - Operations. From 1990 to 1992, he was Executive Vice President of McCormick Resources and from 1973 to 1989, he held various positions with Tenneco Oil Company, including Vice President, Production. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Professional Degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering, he began his career with Mobil Oil Corporation and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado.
Mr. Korell presently serves as the Vice Chairman of the American Exploration and Production Council and a Board Member of the National Petroleum Council and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and American Gas Association. Mr. Korell also serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, and is a member of the Visiting Committee for the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Korell received the Distinguished Achievement Medal from the Colorado School of Mines in May 2004, and the Outstanding Service Award from the Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas in April 2006. He was also named the 2006 Executive of the Year by Oil and Gas Investor magazine.

Steven L. Mueller
President and
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Mueller was appointed to his present position in June 2008. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, he has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has served in multiple operational and managerial roles at Tenneco Oil Company, Fina Oil Company, American Exploration Company, Belco Oil & Gas Company, The Houston Exploration Company and CDX Gas, LLC.

Greg
D. Kerley
Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kerley was appointed to his present position in December 1999.
He was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 1998,
and previously served as Southwestern's Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
Mr. Kerley has over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience and joined Southwestern
in 1990 as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Southwestern, he
held senior financial and accounting positions at Agate Petroleum, Inc. and was a manager
for Arthur Andersen L.L.P. specializing in the energy sector.
Mr. Kerley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Kerley is a certified public accountant and is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the
American Gas Association and Independent Petroleum Association of America.

Richard F. Lane
Executive Vice President and President, Southwestern Energy Production
Company and SEECO, Inc.
Mr. Lane was appointed to President of SEECO, Inc. and Southwestern Energy Production Company and also named Executive Vice President of Southwestern Energy Company in December 2005. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of SEECO, Inc. and Southwestern Energy Production Company. Mr. Lane joined Southwestern Energy Company in February 1998 as Manager - Exploration. Previously, he held various managerial and geological positions at American Exploration Company, FINA, Inc. and Tenneco Oil Company. Mr. Lane holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Geology from the University of Houston and has attended the Executive Finance Program at the Anderson School of Business at the University of California at Los Angeles. |

Mark
K. Boling
Executive Vice President,
General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Boling was appointed to his present position in
December 2002. He joined the Company in January 2002
as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Boling had a private
law practice in Houston specializing in the oil and
gas industry since 1993. Previously, Mr. Boling
was a partner with Fulbright and Jaworski L.L.P. where
he was employed from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Boling
holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology
from DePauw University.

Gene A. Hammons
President, Southwestern Midstream Services Company
Mr. Hammons was promoted to President of Southwestern Midstream Services Company in December 2005. He joined the company in July 2005 as Vice President of Southwestern Midstream Services Company. Previously, Mr. Hammons served in a wide range of leadership positions with El Paso Natural Gas Company and Burlington Resources, Inc. Mr. Hammons holds both a master's degree and bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University. |
